Italian for everyday. The clothes you wear every day should never be ordinary, so we make them feel like something.

Not a block from a mass line. The cut was developed from the measurements of athletes and footballers, so it holds its structure on bodies that don't fit standard sizing.

Which size should I take?
Your usual size. Q-01 is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder and comes in S, M, L and XL. The full measurements are in the size guide on the product page.

Sve cijene iskazane su u eurima (€) i uključuju PDV ili: PDV nije obračunat. Trošak dostave prikazuje se prije potvrde narudžbe. Fotografije su što vjernije, no nijansa boje može malo odstupati ovisno o zaslonu.
Core komadi ostaju u ponudi i dopunjuju se u malim serijama. Limited dropovi izrađuju se u ograničenom broju i ne vraćaju se kad se rasprodaju.
Narudžba
Ugovor je sklopljen kada primiš e-mail s potvrdom narudžbe. Ako artikl u međuvremenu nije dostupan, javit ćemo ti se i vratiti cijeli iznos.
Plaćanje
Plaćati možeš načini plaćanja, npr. karticom ili Apple Payom. Podatke o kartici obrađuje pružatelj usluge plaćanja; mi ih ne vidimo i ne spremamo.
Dostava
Šaljemo zemlje dostave. Narudžbu predajemo dostavnoj službi dostavna služba u roku od broj radnih dana, a dostava obično traje broj radnih dana. Cijena dostave: iznos ili uvjet za besplatnu dostavu.

Zamjena veličine

Reklamacije
Za proizvode s nedostatkom odgovaramo prema Zakonu o obveznim odnosima i Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača, dvije godine od preuzimanja. Nedostatak nam javi što prije nakon što ga uočiš, najkasnije u roku od dva mjeseca, s opisom i fotografijom.

Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase on quotidiani.shop. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept them.
Products and prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, or: VAT is not charged. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order. We keep photos as true as we can, but colour may look slightly different on your screen.
Core pieces stay in the range and are restocked in small runs. Limited drops are made in limited numbers and do not come back once sold out.
Ordering
The contract is made when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable in the meantime, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by payment methods. Card details are handled by payment provider; we never see or store them.
Delivery
We ship to countries. Orders are handed to carrier within number working days and usually arrive within number working days. Delivery costs: amount or free-delivery threshold.
Returns and exchanges
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Just tell us clearly at info@quotidiani.shop with your order number. You can also use the form below.
Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us, to return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, or: us.
We refund the price, including standard delivery, to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We may hold the refund until the product reaches us.
Try the product on as you would in a shop. If it has been worn, washed, damaged or has its tags removed, we may reduce the refund for the loss in value.

Size exchanges
If the size is not right, write to us. We exchange while the size you need is in stock, exchange conditions.
Faulty products
We are responsible for defects under Croatian consumer law for two years from delivery. Tell us about a defect as soon as you notice it, and no later than two months after, with a description and a photo.
You can send a written complaint by email to info@quotidiani.shop or by post to address. We will confirm receipt and reply within 15 days.

Privacy
The data controller is business name, address, OIB OIB. For any question about your data, write to info@quotidiani.shop.
What we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, email and phone, to deliver your order and issue an invoice. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Messages: when you write to us by email, Instagram or TikTok, we use your name and message only to reply.
- Inner Circle: if you join, we send you news about drops. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Profile on this site: your name, email and size are stored only in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to us.
Who we share it with
Only those who help us fulfil your order: carrier, payment provider and Google (email). Some may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Data needed for invoices is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed or when you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Just write to us. If you think your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
